Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment confirmation and approval of the final design, where applicable. Since many of our products are custom-made, production begins only after all project details have been finalized with the customer. Processing and production times vary depending on the size, complexity, materials, and customization requirements of the project.

Customers will be informed of the estimated production and shipping timeline during the order confirmation process.

ShippingCoverage

Rako Art Studio ships products across India and may offer international shipping for selected products and projects upon request. Shipping availability depends on the size, weight, destination, and nature of the artwork.

For large sculptures, wall murals, and installation projects, special transportation arrangements may be required. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the delivery location and project requirements.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on product type, customization requirements, production schedules, shipping destination, and courier or logistics provider performance.

Estimated delivery periods provided by Rako Art Studio are approximate and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

Rako Art Studio shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an address change is required after order confirmation, customers should contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect all products immediately upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged or if the product arrives in a damaged condition, customers should:

1. Take clear photographs of the package and product.
2. Report the issue to Rako Art Studio as soon as possible.
3. Retain all original packaging materials until the matter has been reviewed.
