Final delivery, installation, or handover of completed work may be subject to full payment clearance. Rako Art Studio reserves the right to suspend work, delay delivery, or withhold completed products until outstanding payments are settled.

Production and Delivery

Production timelines provided by Rako Art Studio are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, material availability, weather conditions, transportation factors, and unforeseen circumstances.

While we strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeframe, delays beyond our reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of contract. Customers will be informed whenever significant delays occur.

Installation Services

Where installation services are provided, customers are responsible for ensuring that the site is accessible, safe, and ready for installation. Any additional work required due to site conditions, structural limitations, or customer-requested modifications may result in additional charges.

Rako Art Studio shall not be responsible for delays or damages caused by unsuitable installation conditions beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate project information and cooperate throughout the design, production, and installation process. Delays caused by incomplete information, late approvals, or requested modifications may affect project timelines and costs.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs, dimensions, and specifications before production begins.

Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, artwork, photographs, logos, content, graphics, and materials displayed on the Rako Art Studio website remain the property of Rako Art Studio unless otherwise stated.

Custom artwork created by Rako Art Studio may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission.

Customer-provided reference materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Portfolio Rights

Cancellations and Refunds

Advance payments made toward custom projects may be non-refundable once work has begun.

Product Variations

As many of our sculptures and wall murals are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, dimensions, finish, and appearance may occur. Such variations are a natural characteristic of artistic and handcrafted work and shall not be considered defects.

Customers acknowledge that photographs, digital renderings, and sample images may differ slightly from the final finished product.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
